Fruity Avocado Pizza

Fruity Avocado Dessert Pizza

Ingredients:
1 package (16.5 ounce roll) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
3 ripe avocados
16 oz can of cream cheese frosting
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 small can lemon lime soda
2 medium Granny Smith appples
2 small bananas
Ground cinnamon

(You can also use sliced pineapple, grapes, marichino cherries, blueberries, or even chopped nuts. I am using apples and bananna for this recipe, but any combination of the above is acceptable --- not to mention delicious.)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 14" pizza pan with parchment or non-stick aluminum foil and press cookie dough out to edges (approx 1/4 inch thick). Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool 15 minutes.
2. Combine can of frosting, vanilla, and 1 avocado (shelled and pitted) in mixing bowl. Beat using an electric mixer until fluffy and smooth. Keep in refrigerator until ready to use.
3. Spread avocado frosting over cooled cookie.
4. Peel apples and remove core - slice into thin wedges and dip in lemon lime soda (to prevent browning).
5. Immediately before serving slice banannas and avocados into thin slices.
6. Arrange apple, bananas, and avocado slices evenly over frosted cookie.
7. Sprinkle with cinnamon, cut and enjoy.
